Association to Benefit Children (ABC)
of Harlem Partnership

TechShare’s first community partner was with Harlem’s Association to Benefit Children, a champion for underserved children. After coordinating with ABC’s directors, we have taught over 100 students in grades 5-8 with TechShare’s STEM curriculum. We use the Micro:Bit microcontroller, a beginner-friendly educational device that we employ to introduce concepts in Python programming. Students also learn the basics of circuitry and electrical engineering to build Arduino projects.
