TechShare Ukraine: Making a Global Impact

Founded by TechShare Co-CEO Matthew Herbert, TechShare Ukraine addresses the technology needs of Ukrainian refugees displaced by the ongoing conflict. Ukrainians are often forced to leave everything behind, including their personal devices.

Device donations were coordinated across New Jersey and internationally with organizations including The Dignitas Fund, Montrose Software, and AMSO Komputery. Materials were transported to Poland and distributed through Team Kraków dla Ukrainy and the Fundacja Kocham Dębniki Refugee Center to local refugees and into Ukraine.

Herbert also presented at TEDxNewarkAcademy, discussing how technology can be used to fight apathy towards global issues.
