TechShare Overseas

Partnering with the Peace Corps and the Batey Foundation, TechShare expanded its reach to the Dominican Republic, China, and Romania.

Volunteers in the Dominican Republic led robotics education with elementary students. Language barriers were overcome using translation applications — and students took on teaching roles of their own, helping volunteers learn language skills. The team also assembled and dispatched beginner coding devices to multiple overseas locations.

Curiosity and creativity are universal languages.
